Here's a Closer Look at Virgil Abloh's Fiber Optic Bags for Louis Vuitton FW19

Pop icon Michael Jackson served as the muse for Virgil Abloh‘s second menswear collection for Louis Vuitton. Models were styled with studded gloves that pay homage to Jackson’s infamous stage costumes. To add a more modern flair Abloh created a line of fiber optic bags and sneakers that lit up the Paris Fashion Week runway.
The Fall/Winter 2019 presentation was punctuated with a black-out scene in which five models displayed the collection’s new monochrome-print bag and footwear. The high-top silhouette is detailed with a a color-changing upper and techno-graphic Louis Vuitton logo. Like last season, these items will most likely be the most covered pieces from the line.
