Just in time for summer, adidas Originals has debuted its collaboration with Fiorucci which features a selection of must-haves for the upcoming season. The range includes everything from pool-ready slides to bold skirts, graphic T-shirts and hoodies, all sporting co-branding like adidas’ signature Three Stripes and Trefoil logo.
Conceptualized by two brands that “share a legacy of iconic designs and cultural significance,” the capsule collection “seeks to redefine style for a new generation of empowered females,” through its edgy yet wearable pieces. Priding themselves on inclusivity, the range is a nod to Fiorucci’s fun-loving aesthetic as well as adidas’ original visuals from the 80s. “adidas and Fiorucci are authentic brands and have been trailblazers over the years,” said Fiorucci CEOs Janie and Stephen Schaffer about the collaboration, added that “both brands are uniquely positioned to talk to today’s millennial woman and generation Z.”
