A JJJJound x adidas Samba Is on the Way
Arriving in two colorways.
JJJJound is continuing to partner with footwear giants, with most recent releases including the New Balance 990v3 and 991. For its newest collaboration, the Montréal-based studio has joined forces with adidas on one of the sportswear brand’s hottest silhouettes of the year — the Samba.
The Samba has become a highly coveted sneaker over the past few years, with adidas building on the hype by releasing collabs with Pharrell Williams on a Humanrace-branded iteration, in addition to drops with names like Grace Wales Bonner.
While JJJJound has yet to confirm specific details on the latest team-up, the partnership seems to feature two colorways of the popular sneaker. The first iteration arrives with a black upper contrasted with hits of white on the Three Stripes branding and heel tab. The other pair comes in a tonal yellowish beige hue on a shaggy suede upper, paired with minimalistic materials on the sides and the heel. Both kicks are complete with JJJJound’s logo on the rear and gum outsoles.

Elsewhere in footwear, adidas has designed a new version of the Forum Low inspired by the Grinch while the Pharrell Williams x adidas Hu NMD has returned in “Grey.”
