JJJJound x New Balance's Next 990v3 Will Be a Montréal Exclusive

Officially announced by the creative studio.

JJJJound has finally revealed more information about its latest 990v3 collaboration with New Balance.

Teased earlier this month, the kicks — described to be “an ode to JJJJound’s founding city” — will be exclusive to the city of Montréal. Dressed in a warm brown hue, the sneaker dons a tonal look with a mesh base and suede overlays on the upper. A slight touch of contrast is added with hits of a darker brown hue while the “N” logo is dressed in black. The signature “990” branding appears on the heel with the tongue and heel tab accentuated in metallic silver. JJJJound’s branding is added to the rear and footbed, and off-white shoelaces round out the design.

The collaboration joins JJJJound x New Balance’s ongoing list of co-created sneakers, which additionally includes 990v3 kicks as well as the 991. The first 990v3 surfaced earlier this year in February, arriving in an olive-green hue.

Take a closer look via the gallery above. You can head over to JJJJound’s website to see the official announcement. Priced at $265 CAD (approximately $198 USD), the JJJJound x New Balance 990v3 “Montréal” will release on November 25 at 12 p.m. EST.
