The Revived Nike Air Alpha Force 88 Arrives in Pretty "Red Stardust"

Along with a classic “Medium Grey” colorway.

In early 2023, rumors about the return of the Nike Air Alpha Force 88, famously worn by Michael Jordan between the Air Jordan 2 and 3 releases, began circulating and were received with excitement among sneakerheads. The peak of anticipation arrived in July when Nike officially unveiled the revived Air Alpha Force 88.

One defining aspect of this comeback is the variety of color options, including classic favorites and contemporary designs, although the timeless black-and-white scheme remains popular.

Two standout colorways, “Red Stardust” and “Medium Grey,” give the retro silhouette a modern twist with suede detailing on the upper. In the “Red Stardust” version, soft pink coats the midfoot strap and heel embroidery, with a creamy shade on the sole unit. The “Medium Grey” variant offers sophistication with its suede and leather upper in the primary grey shade, paired with a subtle beige-gray sole unit.

Nike has yet to reveal specific release details for the “Red Stardust” and “Medium Grey” Air Alpha Force 88 colorways, but the arrival date is expected for late 2023, with each priced at $130 USD.
