adidas and FIGC Debut Special-Edition Italy Football Kit
In celebration of the national team’s 125th anniversary.
In honor of its 125th birthday, adidas and the Italian Football Federation are introducing its first-ever commemorative kit to celebrate.
The new uniforms will make their grand debut as Italy’s national football team will be donning the special attire at this year’s UEFA Nations League Finals on June 18. Looking to history for inspiration, the designs point to the team’s its victorious match against France in 1910. Retro outlines arrive in a gleaming shade of gold across the jersey’s shoulders, while adidas’ advanced on-field technology delivers superior functionality.
Sitting across from the Three Stripes logo, the national team’s shield is made more regal with the addition of laurel wreath and anniversary figures.
Take a closer look at the special-edition football kit in the gallery above. Only 2023 kits will be sold to the public, delivered in exclusive boxing with dedicatory markings. The items will be for sale on June 14 via adidas the FIGC Store and select retailers.
