Nike Unveils "Plum Eclipse" Colorway for Its Zoom Vomero 5 Sneaker

Expanding its ’90s-inspired lineup.

Nike’s upcoming Zoom Vomero 5 silhouette in “Plum Eclipse” is soon to become a must-have in everyone’s sneaker rotation. Crafted from mesh, suede and leather, the sneaker offers both premium texture and a retro-inspired appearance. Besides, 3M reflective detailing throughout the upper sets this iteration apart, making the shoe shine in low light.

Key to the design are side panels that stretch from midfoot to heel, reinforcing structure and paying homage to the iconic ’90s sneaker aesthetic. “Plum Eclipse” dominates the upper, with overlays and the tongue introducing a complementary “Pink Oxford Earth” tone for a balanced contrast. The recognizable Nike Swoosh stands out in striking black against subtler tones. Below, Zoom Air cushioning ensures comfort.

The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Plum Eclipse” will debut this holiday season, priced at $160 USD, at select retailers and on Nike’s online website.
