A leader in sustainable fashion, British designer Stella McCartney has joined forces with the iconic French champagne brand Veuve Clicquot for an innovative collaboration.
The six piece collection is crafted from discarded waste, which was sourced from Veuve Clicquot’s abundant vineyards. The champagne by-products are made into vegan leather and then transformed into chic handbags, shoes and best of all, a champagne bottle holder. Masterfully woven bucket bags are painted in shades of black and soft beige, mimicking picnic baskets and calling to mind warm afternoons sipping bubbly outside. Grape-shaped tags hang from the purses, adding a touch of whimsy and play. Meanwhile, generously strapped sandals stand tall on cork platforms and grip-ready outsoles A glossy black leather coats the bottle holder, infusing the lush accessory with a hint of sophistication.
