Stella McCartney Released a Short Film Starring Kylie Jenner
Titled “Wild Horses” and directed by Gia Coppola.
Stella McCartney just brought together three creative powerhouses in a new project, united by the designer’s love of horses. Directed by Gia Coppola and starring Kylie Jenner, the brand released a film titled “Wild Horses” as an ode to the power and freedom of the animal.
The shots capture Jenner fully immersed in water alongside a trained horse, trading typical glamor for raw, natural connection and mutual respect. The campaign also highlights the brand’s new Appaloosa bag, inspired by Linda McCartney’s treasured stallion, Lucky Spot, as well as adorable My Little Pony charms debuting this December from the FW26 runway.
“Kylie, an icon of contemporary femininity and unapologetic glamor, is taken out of the expected and immersed in the raw beauty of our natural world,” shared the brand in the press release. More than just high-fashion visuals, the project draws vital awareness to the vulnerability of America’s wild horses, complete with global equine welfare donations. It proves once again that empathy, sustainability and high luxury can in fact coexist.
