The Do's and Don'ts of Kegel Exercises
Everything you need to know.
Sexual wellness brand, Satisfyer, discusses the benefits of Kegel exercises.
Having a strong pelvic floor is essential for most of life’s basic functions from not peeing on yourself while coughing or f-cking and of course, it can “increase confidence and balance,” as Satisyfer shared.
Kegel ball training has a host of health benefits from strengthening orgasms to strengthening your pelvic wall and vaginal muscles. A loved practice for women worldwide, it’s also referred to as Ben Wa Balls and Love Balls.
Kegel exercises are essentially tightening the vulva in reps. This can be done with a toy, like Satisfyer’s Yoni Power 2 or Satisfyer Strengthening Balls. If you’re a pro at performing Kegel exercises with toys, you can opt for weighted balls like the Power Balls.
