Miu Miu and New Balance Are Dropping 530 Sneaker Mules
The hybrid trend continues.
The sneaker mule is officially here to stay. Off the back of New Balance’s snoafer and Salomon’s recent drop with MM6 Maison Margiela, we’ve seen a rise in sneaker hybrid silhouettes, with the mule being the latest craze. Once again, New Balance is at the forefront of the footwear innovation, teaming up with Miu Miu for an updated take on its typical collaborations.
Resulting in its own variation of the sneaker mule, the latest team-up arrives in the form of the 530 Sneaker Mule, offering an evolution of their recent, “super light,” 530 SL collaboration. The new backless design is making waves across social media already, despite an official release date still being confirmed.
An early preview, courtesy of personal shopper The D Cart, showcases the silhouette in “Cinnamon” and distressed white, crafted with a mixture of leather and cotton lacing.
Neither Miu Miu nor New Balance have shared official imagery or release information, but we expect to see further details soon.
