Miu Miu Debuts More New Balance and a Wrangler Collaboration for SS27

Worn by the likes of Gigi Hadid, Emma Corrin and Olivia Colman.

Miu Miu used its Paris Fashion Week showcase as an opportunity to debut not one, but two new collaborations. Marking the fifth year of its ongoing partnership with New Balance, SS27 previewed the duo’s latest sneaker collaboration, a reconstructed RC150 racing sneaker. Crafted in a lightweight, 150-gram design from technical mesh, the shoe was teased in multiple contrasting colorways, fusing bright yellows with navy blues and greens, and poppy reds with light orange tones.

The second collaboration, however, was a little more unexpected. For its latest iteration of Miu Miu Upcycled, the house teamed up with Wrangler to rework silhouettes in heritage denim. Reinforcing Miu Miu’s commitment to circular design, the collaboration transformed vintage denim with crossed lacing and Miu Miu logos.

As for the rest of the collection (showcased by Gigi Hadid, Emma Corrin and Olivia Colman, to name a few), SS27 reignited Miu Miu’s sportswear spirit, pairing draw-cord shorts and hotpants with layered skirts, jewels and Spring knitwear.
