NikeSKIMS Drops Its Second Collection

Featuring 65 new silhouettes.

The first NikeSKIMS collection landed in September this year and since then, SKIMS wearers have been eagerly anticipating the follow-up release. At first, sportswear fans were skeptical about the introduction of another new activewear range, but the aesthetic blend of performance-driven innovation and SKIMS’ signature design language seems to have won people over.

The second drop comprises “sculpting, versatile pieces that move with her,” allowing for more styling and layering possibilities than ever before. Across 65 silhouettes, the new release debuts new materials and seasonal colorways, featuring products like socks, waist packs and training gloves.

Launching through SKIMS’ signature material categories, the collection is split into Shine, Matte and Airy ranges. Shine features high-contrast panels and colorblocking, Matte favors compression and smoothing and Airy, meanwhile, offers breathable, mesh-inspired pieces.

This season also sees the introduction of the Woven Nylon category, featuring its new standout silhouette: the Wrap Coat. Elsewhere, the offering sees the return of Weightless Layers, Vintage Seamless and Matte Tricot.

Introduced with a new holiday campaign, the collection is showcased on world-class speed skaters like Maame Biney, Kamryn Lute, Kristen Santos-Griswold, and Courtney Sarault.

Take a look at the new NikeSKIMS collection and campaign above and head to the SKIMS website on November 13 to purchase.
