Is Hailey Bieber Selling Rhode?
Here’s everything we know so far.
Rhode, the skincare and makeup brand founded by model and entrepreneur Hailey Bieber, may soon be heading toward a major transition. According to sources cited by Reuters, Bieber is reportedly in the early stages of exploring a potential sale.
The media outlet reports that she is beginning preliminary conversations with prominent investment banks, including JPMorgan Chase and Moelis, to assess interest from prospective buyers. The sale could be worth a potential $1 billion USD.
While no formal sale process is launching at this moment, sources say that the discussions suggest that Bieber is considering strategic options for Rhode’s next phase of growth. Both investment firms and Bieber herself are declining to comment.
Since its launch in 2022, Rhode is known for its minimalist aesthetic, accessible pricing and viral collaborations with celebrities like Tate McRae and Claudia Schiffer. Its products sell out almost immediately after dropping and its skin health philosophy makes the brand a key player in the beauty space. Bieber, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and Justin Bieber, joins a growing list of celebrities like Rare Beauty and Honest Beauty who have and are seeking to find buyers for their fast-growing companies.
