Miu Miu Unveils Its "Miutine" Fragrance With Emma Corrin
The scent is described as a rebellious twist on classic women’s perfumery.
Miu Miu Beauty just released its newest fragrance “Miutine,” with the help of The Crown actor Emma Corrin. The new perfume is described by the brand as “irreverent, youthful in spirit and unconventional” — and those feelings are echoed in the new campaign.
In addition to being the face of the campaign, Corrin also serves as the global ambassador for “Miutine” by Miu Miu. “The scent represents all the aspects that I treasure and respect the most in myself and others; rebellion, expression, originality. It’s one for the free spirits,” the actor says in a press release. Harping on Miu Miu’s signature unconventional it girl aesthetic, the campaign attempts to further define the irreverent spirit and its connection to “Miutine.”

Created by Dominique Ropion, “Miutine” is inspired by the irreverent nature of the Miu Miu girl. Its scent profile features a mixture of bright citrus, floral heart notes and an earthy base of oakmoss and patchouli. Combining sweet gourmand qualities and sophisticated feminine florals, Miu Miu says the fragrance is a modern twist on the Chypre family. “I started from a classic and I twisted it with a surprising resonance, a harmony of mischievous freshness and opulent sensuality,” says perfumer Ropion.
“Miutine” retails for $172 USD and is available for purchase starting August 21 at Sephora.
