Nike and Veneda Carter Are Back With a New Air Max Muse Colorway

Bringing archival running styles back for 2026.

Nike and Veneda Carter have unveiled their latest collaborative sneaker, reimagining the Air Max Muse in deep sea hues. This is the second version of the sneaker that has gotten the VC touch, inspired by retro running shoes. Delving deep into the Nike archives, Carter breathes new life into the futuristic silhouette, putting her own vintage twist on the sneaker for one of the most coveted drops of the year.

Carter’s new Air Max Muse arrives in white and a bold, sporty “Racer Blue” colorway. The almost oceanic shade of blue fills the inserts with a glossy finish, further exaggerating the ultra-modern curves of the sneaker’s silhouette. Drawing inspiration from Nike’s retro running footwear, the bright colors and shiny finish are a blast from the past.

A neon Air Max logo on the tongue adds an extra pop of color, whilst a metallic silver Swoosh completes the sneaker’s new look. A textured silver Swoosh chain detail hangs from the laces for a final flourish, mimicking Carter’s signature jewelry and giving the wearer an option to elevate the look even further.

The Nike x Veneda Carter Air Max Muse will be available to purchase exclusively on the Veneda Carter website starting March 6, with a global release available via Nike SNKRS on March 13.

In other news, Thom Browne and ASICS just launched their debut sneaker collaboration.
