Here's Everything You Need to Know About Astrid Andersen x FILA's Upcoming Collaboration
The FILA Fjord line debuts in January.
FILA has tapped Danish designer Astrid Andersen to creative direct its new FILA Fjord premium line. FILA Fjord will be launched during Pitti Uomo for the Fall/Winter 2019 season. Andersen shares her thoughts on the collaboration:
“FILA is one of the world’s most iconic sport style brands and being able to explore that history and re-imagine it for a modern audience is a really exciting challenge.”
“The Measure of Perfection” is the range’s official slogan aiming for an elevated perspective on FILA’s archives. The casual wear collection will include ready-to-wear items, outerwear, shoes, accessories and bags. According to a press release, FILA Fjord “is created with a natural, sustainable and streamlined lifestyle in mind, inspired by the relationship between northern architecture and the natural environment.”
