Supreme's James Jebbia and Virgil Abloh Are 2018's CFDA Fashion Award Nominees
Both designers are nominated in two categories.
Last year, Raf Simons took home both the Menswear Designer of the Year and Womenswear Designer of the Year Award at the 2017 CFDA Fashion Awards. This year’s nominees have been officially announced. In the Womenswear Designer of the Year category, Raf Simons has been nominated again for his design work at Calvin Klein alongside Virgil Abloh, Marc Jacobs and Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen for The Row. Both Raf Simons and Virgil Abloh show up again as nominees for the Menswear Designer of the Year Award while Supreme‘s James Jebbia is nominated as well.
Mansur Gavriel‘s Rachel Mansur and Floriana Gavriel are the distinguished picks for the Accessory Designer of the Year category. Pyer Moss designer Kerby Jean-Raymond is in the running to walk away with the Swarovski Award for Emerging Talent.
