You Can Now Pre-Order the Rick Owens x Birkenstock Collaboration

Paris-based designer Rick Owens announced earlier this year that he had teamed up with the iconic Birkenstock, to transform the classic, normcore sandals into a high fashion creation. Sporting a textured pony hair finish as well as elongated straps, the shoe sees an all-over grey hue in true Rick Owens’ fashion. The designer is also releasing two other silhouettes constructed from felt and full-grain leather, all available for pre-order now.
Arriving in both men’s and women’s sizes, the collection features a total of 12 versions, in three different silhouettes. The classic two-strap shoe, a one-strap version, as well as a clog-like version of the iconic sandals. Combining both style and comfort, this collaboration is guaranteed to be your go-to for warm summer days.
You can pre-order the pieces online over at Rick Owens’ online store, where they retail starting at €240 EUR. The collection also features a handful of socks, perfect for rocking the notorious sock-and-sandal combination.
