adidas Originals' Deerupt Parley Arrives in Two Colorways
Crafted from ocean plastic.
adidas Originals revealed its new sustainable Parley technique earlier this year, arriving in silhouettes like the coveted UltraBOOST and the NMD_CS1. The latest shoe to get the Parley treatment is the Three Stripes’ Deerupt sneaker that released in March. Each pair of shoes are processed with approximately 11 plastic bottles, and with yarn spun from waste recovered from the ocean.
Sporting a turquoise and blue upper complete with either a white or black mesh layer. The two colorways are perfect for the summer, and the eye-catching design is perfect for mixing and matching. The blue and nature-inspired sneaker is not only edgy, it is environmentally friendly too.
