Here's Your First Look at COMME des GARÇONS’ "Breaking News" Capsule

Logos everywhere.

More photos of COMME des GARÇONSCDG “Breaking News” capsule have been released. Teasers from the brand’s Anti Social Social Club and Avi Gold collaborations appeared earlier last month but now the full range has been revealed. The first drop includes jackets and T-shirts that are covered in spring-ready graphics.

The CDG airline logo appears on coach jackets, hoodies and tees that are colored in brilliant hues. Graphics from brands like Cactus Plant Flea Market and Brain Dead make their way onto plain tops joining the many partnerships for the inaugural line. The full collection will include hats, scarves, sweatshirts, bomber jackets, long staff coats and footwear that have yet to be previewed. Collaborations with Hanes and Vans are also in the pipeline creating a large debut for the new imprint.

The “Breaking News” capsule will release globally on May 17 at Dover Street Market and COMME des GARÇONS locations. The full collection will stock on July 20 in Japan before arriving at Dover Street Market’s upcoming LA store on September 1. A final worldwide release is scheduled for October 17.
