Van's Colorful New "Sunset Fade" Pack Is Made for Instagram
An ombré essential.
Vans recently unveiled its latest collaboration, with Charlotte Shibuya and Aya Kawasaki, in an ombré “Peach Soda” hue, but unfortunately this specific iteration is currently only available in Japan. Luckily for us, Vans has instead released a “Sunset Fade” pack that has a similar, multi-tonal finish and is available in three different silhouettes.
The “Sunset Fade” colorway starts off as a violet tone around the toe which gradually melts into a peach-orange tone around the middle before fading out into a sunshine yellow upon the heel. This seasonal tone takes over both the Slip-On and Authentic styles, with each contrasted by a crisp white midsole and branded tag on the lateral. Also included within the pack is the UltraRange Mesh sneaker, which comes in all-over “Marshmallow” white color in a breathable mesh material. Suede panels on the heel and lace panel add a luxe touch. Pull tabs on the heel and tongue complete the look, and the ombré “Sunset Fade” arrives on the Formstrip on the lateral side.
