adidas Originals’ Stan Smith is one of the OG tennis sneakers. The clean and minimal design of the silhouette has ensured that it’s remained relevant in sports, lifestyle and fashion spheres for decades. Recent iterations have seen the shoe revealed in varying hues, including everything from a cotton candy pink to neutral nude and there’s even been a range of high-fashion updates by Raf Simons.
Now, the classic, sporty sneaker has arrived in what’s possibly the shiniest rendition yet. The leather upper is overtaken in shimmering, metallic silver with grey stitching and lacing completing the tonal look. To contrast, there’s a vibrant flash of red Stan Smith text branding on the lateral side, alongside those signature Three Stripe perforations. Upon the heel, there’s a patch of crisp white leather with the Trefoil emblem debossed in red, and the shoe is completed with a slim, off-white midsole with debossed adidas lettering on the side.
