Match Nike's N7 Air Max 1 "Acid Wash" to Your Favorite Denim Jeans
It’s releasing soon.
If you’re a firm believer that acid wash should remain in the ’80s, it looks like Nike disagrees with you. The sportswear giant is dropping the N7 Air Max 1 “Acid Wash” soon, proving the finish is just as relevant nearly three decades on.
The Air Max 1 is part of the brand’s N7 initiative, which aims to support Native American communities through raising awareness and funding. The sneaker itself arrives in a predominantly white finish, with the mixed-textile upper boasting a cool blue acid wash print along the mudguard and ankle. Complementing the blue tone is a navy Swoosh on the lateral side, as well as branding on the heel and the N7 emblem upon the tongue. The fresh sneaker rests atop a clean, white Air Max cushioned midsole, featuring blue-hued visible air bubbles. Rounding out the look is a partly translucent outsole that has hits of icy blue along the toe and heel.
You can cop the Nike N7 Air Max 1 “Acid Wash” at Nike’s web store and select retailers from June 21. For another sleek look, check out Nike’s “Triple White” Air Max 270 Flyknit.
