In a delightful twist of events, Beyoncé and JAY-Z have finally granted the entire world a second look at the twins. Rumi and Sir were first debuted as newborns via a beautiful portrait shared on Instagram over a year ago. In the latest image shared on beyonce.com, the twins who are now one year old appear with Beyoncé while the family vacations in Europe.

Yesterday, The Carters kicked off the United States tour dates of their On The Run II tour. The Cleveland show date follows up on their almost two-month long European shows which wrapped up last week.
