UPDATE: New Images of the Upcoming sacai x Nike LDWaffle Surface

UPDATE (November 20, 2019): Following a preliminary look at the new sacai x Nike LDWaffle silhouette, additional images of the suede and leather sneaker have surfaced on Instagram. The shoe is rumored to release next spring sometime between March and April, so stay tuned as an official date emerges.
ORIGINAL STORY (November 15, 2019): Nike’s collaboration with Japanese label sacai was one of the most anticipated sneaker drops of the past year but those who missed out on the initial releases could have another chance. Rumor has it that a new LDWaffle silhouette could be on the way, as @aleclvn teased a monochromatic pair on Instagram.
The theme of “doubles” continues as this pair also incorporates twice the details of a regular Nike sneaker, including overlapped Swoosh emblems on the lateral side. The all-black upper is reimagined in black leather and suede with tonal details throughout matched by silky, ribbon-style laces and the exaggerated midsole stands out in crisp white to complete the look. Take a first look at the kicks in the gallery above – there are no concrete release details yet but they’re rumored to be dropping in spring 2020.
