KAWS' Most Sought-After Pieces Are up for Auction
Santa KAWS is coming to town.
For a limited-time only, Phillips is hosting an online-only sale featuring 33 collectible figures from artist KAWS. The inaugural sale is dubbed “Santa KAWS,” and features some of the aritst’s most sought-after toys, including collaborations with Jun Takahashi‘s UNDERCOVER and more.
Taking on KAWS’ signature Companion design, each of the pieces feature his original playful graphics, as well as cartoon and advertising references, creating the unique figure that has become one of the biggest and most recognizable images in the current scene.
The exclusive online sale offers a total of 33 figures, estimated at just under £10,000 GBP (approximately $13,175 USD), and are now up for auction online at Philips. The auction runs between December 5 and December 13, so hurry up if you’re looking to place a bid.
