Baskin-Robbins Is Launching Pokémon-Inspired Cakes and Ice Cream

If you’ve been looking for the ultimate sweet treat to get you through summer, Baskin-Robbins has just revealed that it is teaming up with Pokémon to create cakes, ice cream and more.

Celebrating the collaboration, Baskin-Robbins has created everything from Pikachu Thunderbolt Sorbet to crazy colorful ice cream cakes which are both delicious as well as Instagram-friendly. The cakes are decorated with chocolate facial features and ears, and is filled with two ice cream flavors: strawberry and the Japan-exclusive Popping Shower flavor filled with Pop Rocks candies. The flavor perfectly captures Pikachu’s electric personality, and also tastes delicious.
