The Arrivals' OASIS Collection Gives Us Major Coat Envy
Teddy bear coats, shearling jackets and more.
The Arrivals served up a holy grail parka for its 5.2 release, and now the brand is back with more hard-hitting outerwear for Fall/Winter 2019. The 6.0 release is titled OASIS and continues The Arrivals’ streak of combining performance and style.
The streetwear brand’s sixth collection centers on four main outerwear pieces. Following the teddy bear coat trend, the KALA is a soft, shearling jacket with a wide collar and cropped fit. If you’re looking for something bold, the pastel pink iteration is perfect, but it also comes in grey and brown if you’re looking for something more lowkey. The bulk of the range features 15 MOYA jackets in a variety of material and colorways and three styles — a classic asymmetrical moto jacket, a boxy flying jacket and a cropped silhouette. All the MOYA jackets are crafted with shearling collars, sleeve detailing and inner lining, and come in a colorway range from neutral black, white, grey and brown to bright pink and sky blue.
Arriving in suede and teddy bear iterations, the HAL zip-up parkas feature a drawstring hood and oversized silhouette. For a more minimalist look, the ODIN is a shearling-collared jacket with a simple cut and almost no details. In addition to the updated outerwear line, the OASIS collection will release water repellent hoodies, T-shirts, cardigans and vests as well as winter accessories such as beanies, gloves, mittens, scarves and socks.
