English Eccentric Styles Dominate Erdem's Pre-Fall 2021 Collection
A lookbook heavily influenced by Nancy Mitford’s chic looks.
Joining a vast list of brands showcasing their offerings for the Pre-Fall 2021 season, Erdem has unveiled a collection inspired by the English eccentric styles of Nancy Mitford. The range, which marries country with city looks, is comprised of cozy-chic items like mohair cardigans and knit sweaters.
Leading the lookbook, head-to-toe sets of dresses and skirt suits are paired with matching headwear. Designer Erdem Moralioglu mainly sticks to relaxed silhouettes, as seen on a series of romantic dresses and loose V-neck sweaters worn with white shirts. The theme follows on satin pieces adorned with floral prints in deep shades of red and blue, while a touch of everyday casual is added with cardigans and jeans. Standing out from the collection, pleated skirts keep each look country-inspired and are balanced out with black ankle boots.
