You Can Now Take a Virtual Tour of the Anticipated Super Nintendo World Theme Park
With Super Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto as your guide.
Osaka‘s highly anticipated theme park Super Nintendo World is set to open early 2021, and due to COVID-19, fans have been concerned over the size of the park, and no one knows what to expect.
Now, Nintendo has released a video tour of the park with Super Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto as your guide. Taking you through Princess Peach’s castle with paintings from Super Mario 64, as well as introducing you to characters like Yoshi, Toad and Goomba throughout the park’s attractions, the tour gives a first introduction at all the experiences the park has to offer.
In addition, Miyamoto also talks you through the “Power-Up Band,” which is an exclusive device that tracks the visitor’s progress throughout the park, and it can also be synced with your smartphone. Lastly, a handful of merch will also be available in the Super Nintendo World gift shop.
