Martine Rose Launches Online Store With a Virtual Campaign

Shot through Zoom.

Martine Rose has just announced that she is launching an e-commerce platform, releasing her Spring/Summer 2020 collection as well as a selection of archive pieces going al the way back to 2007.

In addition to the platform, Martine Rose has also revealed her latest SS20 lookbook, shot through Zoom. The label has always had a very distinct community-centered ethos, and the campaign features a handful of models in their living rooms, styled through conversations on WhatsApp as well as shot through photography coaching on Zoom.

“We wanted to tell a story through the site and the self-isolation imagery turned out to be very honest and reflective of not just the brand but our current reality,” said the London-based designer on the collection.

The Martine Rose web store is set to launch on May 4, and will feature the Spring/Summer 2020 collection. Peep the lookbook in the gallery above.
