Kylie Jenner Has Purchased a $36.5 Million USD Mansion

Following being declared the world’s youngest “self-made billionaire” last year, Kylie Jenner has just purchased a $36.5 million USD mansion in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills. She previously purchased a $13 million USD home in Beverly Hills with Travis Scott, and as for her new property, the star managed to get the “modern compond” down from $55 million USD to $36.5 million USD.
According to TMZ, the new property measures 15,350 square feet and comes with a guardhouse, two guests apartments, 14 bathrooms and seven bedrooms. In addition, the mansion also boasts a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theatre, bars, games rooms, a gym as well as a championship-level sports court. The property also includes a swimming pool and a 20-vehicle garage.
