Starbucks Gets Ready for Summer with New Pink Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink
A seasonal treat blended with coconut milk.
With summer right around the corner, Starbucks has unveiled its latest Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink. As part of its Iced Coconut Milk Drinks lineup, the beverage combines the flavors of guava, passionfruit, pineapple and ginger. All ingredients are blended with coconut milk and hand-shaken with ice, giving it a smooth and creamy consistency. According to a press release, the new guava drink joins the “growing number of non-dairy and customizable options” on the brand’s permanent menu.
Starbucks has now opened over 85 percent of its stores in the U.S., and the company is expecting to open more than 90 percent of its locations by early June. Amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the company has enforced strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols that exceed the standards issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
