Catch the 'Sex and the City' Ladies in New Trailer for 'And Just Like That...'
The premiere date has been announced.
Sex and the City fans, if you can’t help but wonder what the show’s sequel series And Just Like That… will be like, you’re in luck. HBO Max has unveiled a new teaser of the iconic trio — Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbes and Charlotte York-Goldenblatt — reunited and taking over the city again, now in their 50s.
And Just Like That… takes place 17 years later, after the final episode of Sex and the City aired. The teaser shows a glimpse of each of the three friends’ lives, including some new characters.
“They say some things never change, but the truth is, life is full of surprises,” Bradshaw narrates in the trailer. “And as your story unfolds, the city reinvents itself, and just like that, a new chapter begins.”
While Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis will reprise their respective roles in the reboot, Kim Cattrall will not be joining the cast and returning as Samantha Jones. However, you can expect other familiar faces to grace your screen, such as Mr. Big played by Chris Noth and Stanford Blatch, played by the late Willie Garson.
