Stussy x Dr. Martens Team Up on Workwear-Inspired Boots
An updated take on the 939 Hiker Boot.
Having joined forces on a range of loafers back in 2018, Dr. Martens and Stussy have come together once again to release co-designed boots.
The collaborative silhouette is a reimagination of Stussy’s 6-eye boot, which takes inspiration from Dr. Martens’ work boots from the ’60s. Combining the Californian brand’s aesthetic with the British footwear label’s heritage, the resulting design sees the 939 Hiker Boot with rugged details. Arriving in brown suede and black leather options, the shoe features Stussy’s graffiti branding on the laterals, as well as the tongue and footbed. The tan colorway is contrasted with welt stitching on the midsoles, along with black detailing at the ankle. The black design, on the other hand, dons a tonal look overall.
The collaboration is set to drop worldwide at select Chapter stores and select Dover Street Market locations, as well as Stussy and Dr. Martens‘ websites on November 12 at 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. ET).
