SIDIA Forays Into Home Category With Scented Candles
Two home fragrances dubbed “Braless” and “Wired.”
SIDIA is embarking on a new venture into the realm of lifestyle and self-care. The expansion, titled “Oasis,” debuts with two hand-poured candles dubbed “Wired” and “Braless,” which are designed to relieve anxiety and invoke memory through “scent therapy.”
The candles are a blend of vegetable and coconut wax infused with a lead-free cotton wick, packaged in a glass vessel of earthy gradients. “Wired,” according to creator Erin Kleinberg, “gets [one] up in the morning — the addictive marriage of tobacco, tonka, sandalwood, tea leaves and eucalyptus was inspired by a mix of the energizing scent from the four seasons spa and crisp mornings spent on [her] yearly Palm Springs jaunt at Christmas time.”
“Braless” comprises bamboo, amber and guaiac wood. Kleinberg describes it as a scent free of restriction, stating: “There is no better feeling on earth than coming home from a long day, taking off your bra, lighting a candle and drawing a bath.” She continued: “The ‘Braless’ scent is inspired by nostalgic memories at camp sitting around the campfire with no tech, nothing but friends and laughter, with not a care in the world.”
The candles are available on SIDIA’s website for $58 USD each.
