Maya Jama's Halloween Costume Proves that Old Is Gold
Say hello to Bad Grandma.
Maya Jama is one of those celebrities that always seems to get Halloween right, and 2022 was no exception. Upon hosting her annual Halloween party in Hackney at the weekend, Jama shared a glimpse at her hilarious costume, this year channelling some serious BDE (bad grandma energy, of course).
To create her golden oldie outfit, Jama wore a gray wig and a light pink nightgown with a thick, knitted cardigan and pearl necklace. Completing the look, Jama carried around a walking stick all night and had her face covered in ageing prosthetics.
Other celebrities in attendance at Jama’s Halloween bash included Joy Crookes, Krept & Konan and Amelia Dimoldenberg, with the event featuring a “Maya’s Maccy D’s” station alongside a tarot card reader.
