Megan Thee Stallion's Home Reportedly Robbed of More Than $300K USD in Goods
The rapper shared she will be taking a hiatus to focus on her mental and physical health.
Megan Thee Stallion‘s Los Angeles home was reportedly burglarized of more than $300,000 USD in goods.
As reported by TMZ, the rapper was robbed on Thursday night last week while she was in New York City in preparation for her appearance on Saturday Night Live. Sources have shared that surveillance footage showed thieves wearing hoodies and gloves while they broke and entered through a window in the back of the residence. They entered the musician’s bedroom, taking between $300,000 USD and $400,000 USD in cash, jewelry, electronics and more.
Responding to the incident, Meg took to Twitter to share that she is safe. “Material things can be replaced but I’m glad everyone is safe,” she wrote. She added that she would take a hiatus to focus on her mental and physical health. She tweeted, “Hotties im really sorry but after SNL I really gotta take a break I’m so tired, physically and emotionally.”
