Brooklyn-based designer Marshall Columbia is one of the most exciting rising designers to pay attention to. Having launched his eponymous label during the pandemic, the creative has become one of the buzziest names in New York, with fans like Hunter Schafer, Dua Lipa, Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat.
An FIT alum, Columbia is loved for his quirky, nostalgic designs. He rose to fame after Miley Cyrus wore his beaded suit, which he created when he was a student. The designer also sold his signature puffy bags on Depop at the beginning of the pandemic that later helped him land an exclusive capsule with SSENSE. In addition to the puffy Plush Purses, which are offered in a variety of vibrant hues, the designer also crafts photo-ready tops with cutout details.
