'Squid Game's Hoyeon Jung Stopped by the 'Euphoria' Set
The Korean star said she felt “safe and comfortable” during her visit.
It turns out that Tom Holland wasn’t the only star who got a chance to visit the Euphoria set – Squid Game‘s Hoyeon Jung revealed that she too had the opportunity to stop by and meet the show’s cast.
During a quick interview with Entertainment Tonight at the 2022 Critics Choice Awards, the Korean actor shared what her experience was like being on set while Season 2 was still in production. “Once, I visited the set of Euphoria and it was so nice to see [it] because it’s been a while [since I’ve been on set] after Squid Game,” Jung said. “It was weird because I felt so comfortable to be just sitting [around.] I am not a team [member] on Euphoria but I [felt] safe and comfortable,” she added. When asked about potentially making an appearance on the series, Jung shared that she would “love” to make a cameo on Euphoria.
As for updates on Squid Game‘s second season, director Hwang Donghyuk said that they’re still “working on it.” Donghyuk continued that the formal announcement of Season 2 will be coming “soon.”
