This 'Bling Empire' Star Works for 'Selling Sunset's Oppenheim Group
A Netflix crossover no one saw coming.
If there’s one thing Bling Empire and Selling Sunset have in common, it’s the drama. However, it’s been recently discovered that the two shows share something else — Kane Lim.
According to the Oppenheim Group website, the millionaire is listed under the company’s team page as a realtor associate. “As an experienced Real Estate Developer and agent, Kane has most recently developed and sold three properties in the upscale Los Angeles neighborhood of Venice Beach,” his profile description reads. “He has recently focused his attention on Residential projects and Commercial properties in Asia.”
For those who were able to come across Lim’s Instagram post last month, he revealed that he also put his home on the Los Angeles market for $1.88 million USD with Chrishell Stause as his agent. Situated on Mount Washington, the 1,516-square-foot property comes with three bedrooms and two baths. “This mid-century modern house with a Japanese backyard will only appreciate in value given its location and design,” Lim shared in his caption.
