Watch the Official Trailer for 'Moonage Daydream,' the Upcoming Film About David Bowie
Featuring concert footage, interviews and personal moments of the late singer.
NEON has released the first official trailer for Moonage Daydream, which follows the life and career of the late singer David Bowie.
The official description reads as follows, “Told through sublime, kaleidoscopic, never-before-seen footage, performances and music, Brett Morgen’s feature-length experiential cinematic odyssey explores David Bowie’s creative, musical and spiritual journey. The film is guided by David Bowie’s own narration.”
The forthcoming movie is directed, written and produced by Brett Morgen, who’s also worked on Jane, Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck and The Kid Stays in the Picture. Additionally, this will be the first film to be officially sanctioned by Bowie’s estate.
Moonage Film will premiere in theaters on September 16. Watch the first official trailer above.
