A retro basketball aesthetic meets skate-ready design.

Following successful revivals of classics like the Air Tailwind IV and Air Bakin, Supreme and Nike have now teased a skate-focused iteration of the ’90s basketball silhouette, the Air Darwin.

The upcoming collaborative Nike SB Air Darwin Low is a reinterpretation of the original basketball shoe, with a lower cut and skate-ready features. A sneak peek reveals a sturdy canvas upper in a light off-white tone. “Polar Blue” accents adorn the reverse leather Swooshes, eyelets, the base of the tongue tag and the lateral Supreme-branded tag.

Black detailing graces the collar, heel tab and lining, extending to the sole for added durability during skateboarding sessions. The sock liner features “Supreme” text in white on a red base, completing the design.

While no specific release details are available yet, the collaborative Nike SB Air Darwin Low is anticipated to launch next year in four different colorways, each priced at $120 USD. Watch this space as we learn further details.

In other footwear news, the Nike KD 3 “Aunt Pearl” makes its official debut.
