Taylor Swift Is the First Female Artist to Simultaneously Score 10 Albums on the Billboard 200 on 2 Occasions

UPDATE (May 2, 2023): Once again, Taylor Swift has scored 10 albums on the Billboard 200 chart. This now makes her the first female artist in history to achieve this milestone on two separate occasions.

Thanks to Record Store Day, one of the albums included on the Billboard 200 is the exclusive vinyl release of Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions, which dropped on April 22.

ORIGINAL STORY (February 28, 2023): Taylor Swift has broken another record. For the first time in her career, the “Anti-Hero” singer has 10 albums charting on the Billboard 200 chart. She’s the fifth act to reach this achievement since 1963.

Currently, the following albums appear on the Billboard 200 chart: Midnights (No. 3), Folklore (No. 28),  Lover (No. 41), 1989 (No. 50), Red (Taylor’s Version) (No. 56), Lover: Live From Paris (No. 58), reputation (No. 100), Evermore (No. 103), Fearless (Taylor’s Version) (No. 172), Speak Now (No. 192).

Recently, Swift made headlines for becoming the first artist to win the IFPI Global Recording Artist of the Year Award three times. The award “recognizes the year’s best-selling act across physical sales, downloads and streaming worldwide, making Swift the most successful artist in the award’s 10-year history,” according to Billboard.
