Need To Keep Your Blunt Fringe in Place? TikTok Says Lash Glue Will Make Them Wind-Proof

The off-the-grid hack that celeb stylists swear by.

We all know that TikTok is the place to go when you need to know the latest beauty trend or hack to try. The app delivers it all. However, a new trend that is doing numbers involves your eyelash glue and your hair bangs — it may sound weird, but hear us out.

TikTok creator @ravioli_nicoli was sick of her bangs blowing like a wild chicken in the wind and came up with a nifty solution. She decided to use lash glue to stick the ends of her bangs to her eyebrows. This isn’t something I thought of trying, but after consulting with other hair professionals this combination is a secret hack that celeb hairstylists have used for years. Not only does it work for bangs, but stylists have used this trick when applying adornments such as crystals, pearls and other jewelry to the hair.

Blunt or curtain bangs are often a crowd favorite, but if you’re going out and about on a windy day or live in a windy city, the last thing you want is windswept fringe. This hack is genius as it keeps your gorgeous tresses in perfect shape. We recommend using a small amount of clear lash glue as the darker version will leave color pigment/residue on the brows and skin.

If you have sensitive skin, this is one trick you’d want to stay clear of, and please note that overexposure to the glue isn’t considered best practice — so be sure to use this tip in moderation.
