What look can’t Keke Palmer pull off? She quietly went blonde for a hot moment, and now she’s back to her jet-black tresses, but this time with the fiercest blue highlights, giving us Veronica Lodge from the Archie comics.
I know this beauty editor wasn’t the only one who was obsessed with Veronica’s hair in the comics. The jet-black waves with the electric blue highlights gave me so much life; in this instance, that is precisely what Miss Palmer did for me. The star had side bangs swept to the right side of her face with loose curls that fell through the rest of her hair. Hairstylist Lace Assassin was responsible for the chic yet edgy highlights and kept them moderately thin enough for the girls to see the picture yet still not take away from the fullness of the overall hair moment. Her strands fell right to her chest and were complemented with a bouquet of voluminous shine.
Palmer’s makeup artist Kenya Alexis provided her with a soft glam that featured a subtle smokey eye with grey and golden glitter tucked in the inner corners. Her lips were met with a nude lip liner with a glossy, peachy center and for the complexion, her skin was matte but flushed out with the perfect blush to add warmth to her look.
