Contact Sports Drops Cheeky Limited-Edition "69" Jerseys

Let’s get physical.

Innovative sex and sportswear brand Contact Sports has just unveiled its summer collection, featuring limited-edition 69 jerseys.

Considered bad luck, many leagues don’t carry the number, thinking that it’ll put their players in the wrong headspace. The New York-based label is doing away with taboos. The limited edition T-shirts are sold individually, lending friends and lovers alike with the ability to wear them in tandem like halves of a broken heart necklace. Burgundy, beige and forest green bucket hats declare their love with embroidered roses, while casual tees in short and long-sleeved iterations bear roses on the chest.

To celebrate the launch, from August 10 — August 13, Contact Sports is taking 69 percent off customers’ purchase if they are 6’9,” weigh 169 lb, were or married born in 1969, are 69 years old or bring in someone who is 69 years old, graduated college in 1969, can drink 69 oz of gatorade in less than 69 seconds, have a 69 tattoo or wore the number 69 in a high school or college sport — only in its New York store on 43 Mercer Street.

Take a look in the gallery above and head to Contact Sports’ brick and mortar store or shop the collection on their website.
