‘The Ultimatum’ Returns With the Mother of All Plot Twists

On August 23, the first batch of episodes dropped, highlighting five couples contemplating the biggest decision of their relationship: should they wed or end the relationship?
This season, however, featured a huge plot twist between one key couple: Brian and Lisa. Lisa issued the ultimatum to Brian, and soon, Brian and cast member Riah began to connect. The moment resulted in a slap — and Lisa later revealed it was due to old emotions. “There were things that I was still trying to heal from, so being in that situation triggered me,” she told Tudum.

Shortly after, Lisa learns she’s pregnant resulting in the ultimatum being shelved, and the couple sending themselves home. However, Brian revealed to Tudum that despite dragging his feet with marriage, he’s ready to “man up.” He told the platform: “Either I could be like, ‘I’m not ready for this,’ or I can man up and say, ‘I’m with you 100%.’ We decided that we were going to focus on building a family and bringing a child into the world.”
According to Tudum, the couple is still together.
