adidas is releasing an official look at NBA player Anthony Edwards’ first signature sneaker — the adidas AE1.

The Minnesota Timberwolves’ shooting guard is stepping forward with an aerodynamic silhouette arriving in three different colorways. The sleek sneaker makes its debut in a neutral white and black option, alongside a terracotta orange, as well as a true orange and black iteration. The thoughtfully constructed shoe features a flexible knit upper for increased breathability and ventilation. Heringbone blades provide a better court grip, while a TPU overlay allows for movement in all directions, aiding in agility and speed. The sneaker’s inner lining comes a part of the shoe, resulting in a fitted, sock-like ankle. An innovative split tongue sets the design apart with Edwards’ AE branding resting on material

The adidas AE 1 will hit shelves in December 2023, in-stores and online at adidas for $120 USD. Take a look in the gallery above.
